The history and purpose of this site

After Clark passed away, a group of his friends decided to create this site to celebrate Clark’s favorite and personally beloved recordings in order for them to live in posterity and be forever associated with his name. They are what Clark called “the best commercially available performances ever committed to recording media.” The selection covers only LP records and catalogs Clark’s own shelf with the “best performances.” So, this site is to let Boston, Music and Clark continue to be together...
